Biography:

Prior to his legal career, Mr. Arce worked in the food service industry for twelve years as a chef.  Having worked in the United States, Mexico, and Europe, and having experienced a broad range of management-employee approaches within the hospitality industry, Mr. Arce has gained a unique perspective towards employment law, from both an employee’s and employer’s standpoint.  Mr. Arce utilizes this familiarity with the intricacies and nuances of the employee-employer relationship to resolve the issues, unique to each client’s case, to the client’s advantage.

Mr. Arce worked as a judicial intern at the EEOC for the Honorable Erin M. Stilp.
